WHEN WILL IT COME TO OTHER PLATFORMS?

Hanafunda games are originally designed as mobile games. We would love to bring it to platforms such as PC, Mac, Steam, Handhelds, and Consoles we will announce other platform
through our news feed or social media so please subscribe to keep up to date with latest developments and releases .

WHY ARE THE GAMES NOT AVAILABLE ON OPERATING SYSTEM X,Y,Z ?

Games runs poorly on on a few devices and so we’re unable to support it. We want you all to have and have the best user experience and hardware and software that does not provide this to our gamers will not be supported.

MY GAME HAS STOPPED WORKING.

Turn your device off and on, and then launch the game again.

MY GAME CRASHES AT THE START (ANDROID / GOOGLE PLAY / WINDOWS PHONE)

Make sure that you do not have an AdBlocker enabled, or that the games are whitelisted. A few of our games  has optional ads in-game and adblockers prevent the game from working properly. We are looking at ways to work around this.

I HAVE A NEW IPHONE/IPAD. CAN I TRANSFER MY PURCHASES?

1. Open the game.
2. Play one game with any character, die, and reach the End of Game screen.
3. Click the Settings button (bottom left).
4. Click “Restore Purchases”.
Note: Characters you won from the prize machine will not be restored – only characters you have bought through IAP. We are working on a system to backup prize machine across all devices in a future update.

WHY HAVE THE ADS STOPPED WORKING?

Firstly, make sure you are connected to the internet and do not have an ad blocker enabled (on Android). If you have been playing the game and watching ads for a while, but they have stopped showing, then you may have reached your daily maximum set by the Ad networks. Please wait 24 hours.

I WON A SOMETHING I ALREADY OWN.

This is intended and how prize machines work! We are recording the number of duplicate characters you have received and we will be doing something special with them a future update.

HOW DO I UNLOCK ??? CHARACTERS.

Hidden/ Locked Premium Characters & Items  are unlocked in-game via secrets or by purchasing them. If you don’t care about spoilers then search Google or YouTube for information.

WHY DON’T ALL PLATFORMS HAVE THE SAME NUMBER OF CHARACTERS

We are a small team of developers and we roll out updates for each platform separately. Sometimes we do timed and exclusive characters. We don’t have dates on our releases.

CAN WE SUGGEST THINGS FOR YOUR GAMES?

Yes, but we would not use these in game. Hanafunda designs and builds games with its own IP and will seldom use outside ideas in a game as our games and design are predetermined.
